Henri’s Hotts Barbeque is a family business owned by Doug Henri and his wife Ruth. Started in 2006 owning a food truck traveling to many festivals all over New Jersey. In 2008 moved to Folsom, NJ where we remain today. We have a full service eat-in restaurant offering the ‘BEST’ BBQ IN NJ' & specialize in catering.
